Online Program Resources
With schools closing due to COVID-19, Junior Achievement is providing FREE online resources for teachers and parents to
continue engaging and educating their students on the topics that matter the most.

Elementary School Program Resources (Grades K-5)
JA Excellence Through Ethics: This program contains 9 hands-on lessons focusing specifically on decision-making, business
ethics vs. personal ethics, and facing difficult decisions with honor.
JA All in it Together: This program is designed specifically for students Grades 2-3, with topics focusing on the importance of
families working together to save money by being thrifty and the ability to apply specific strategies for spending less and
saving more. (Spanish version available)
JA Analyzing Credit Cards: This program is designed specifically for students Grades 4-5. with topics focusing on
understanding the dynamics of credit cards, how they are used, and how they can have positive or negative consequences for
families and the economy. (Spanish version available)
JA $ave USA: This program includes 6 different hands-on activities covering a wide range of topics from understanding the
difference between wants and needs, recognizing currency, understanding the education pathway, and learning the basic costs
included in running a business
Middle School Program Resources (Grades 6-8)
JA Excellence Through Ethics: This program contains 18 hands-on lessons focusing on topics in the common core areas of
financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship. From understanding policies and codes in business, ethics in
negotiations, investing in education, understanding global trade, and many others, students will stay busy navigating through
the various topics and activities.
JA Proactive Planning: Throughout this program, students will learn the importance of proactive financial planning as a
means of preparing for a changing economy, as well as analyzing specific strategies designed to recession-proof personal
finances. (Spanish version available)
JA Searching for Savings: This program seeks to help middle school students see the value in online tools that help save
money. At the end of the this program, students will be able to decipher the value of coupons in an overall budget.
JA Save USA: This program includes 6 different hands-on activities covering a wide range of topics, from converting currency,
consumer protection, managing a check ledger, analyzing tuition costs, risk and insurance, and many others.
JA My Way: This program provides tips and tools to put students’ careers on the express track. Students will take a Personality
Quiz and find career and job matches that align to their interests, as well as explore buying a car, saving for college, creating a
resume, and tips for starting a business. (Grades 6-12)
High School Program Resources (Grades 9-12)
JA Economic Investigations: This program includes 12 “Economic Investigations” designed to help High School students
achieve a deeper understanding of current economic issues. Each investigation reinforces the development of quantitative skills
by bringing economic concepts to life through the use of real world situations.
JA Influencer: This program is a resource for educators and parents to discuss topical subjects on financial literacy, work
readiness and entrepreneurship with students. The JA Influencer white paper and discussion guide dive into current events to
prompt conversation and learning.

JA Hire Yourself: Throughout this program students will learn the importance of strategically selecting work in recession-
proof industries to succeed in challenging financial times, while also developing a basic business idea for a recession-proof industry. (Spanish version available)
JA Travel and Tourism: This interactive program introduces students to exciting career opportunities in the travel and
tourism industry and demonstrates how this industry helps every community in which it operates. Students will be able to
demonstrate the effect of travel and tourism industries on local, national, and global economies.
JA Save USA: This program includes 7 different hands-on activities covering a wide range of topics such as, paying for college,
understanding the stock market, understanding interests, taking out student loans, and many others.
JA Assembling Your Career: This program helps provide middle and high school students with practical information about
STEM careers and ways students can prepare for these careers while still in school. Students will be able to chart a path to get
them from where they are now to a STEM career, and identify three STEM fields that they wish to explore. (Grades 6-12)
JA Access Your Future: This program is an app that helps teens, their parents, and teachers break down the cost of achieving
young people’s career goals into real, easy-to-understand numbers. Teens can explore potential future income from a desired
career and evaluate the cost of post-secondary education to help them make informed decisions.
